The March 15 event at Austin Town Hall Park brought residents together to dicuss what improvements in arts and culture are needed in their communities.
The March 5 screening at Austin Town Hall brought residents and activists together with a mission to prevent violence and save lives.
The March 15 meeting is a series of events being held throughout the city to share stories and ideas about arts and culture in Chicago neighborhoods.
Residents can go to any of the 51 locations throughout the city, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and two are offering special Sunday hours.
The event, with teens from all over the city, runs through the second week of March, with Austin’s West Side Warriors competing again Friday at the Chicago Cultural Center.
