Menard, from 3 to 6 p.m. Oct. 30, then head to Columbus Park from 5 to 9 p.m. On Saturday night, from 6 to 8 p.m., the city will hold its Arts in the Dark Halloween Parade. It starts on State Street at Lake and move south to Van Buren.
