The Austin African-American Business Networking Association is hosting its annual celebration Dec. 30 from 6 to 10 p.m. at Malcolm X College, 1600 W. Jackson Blvd. Tickets are $40. 37th Ward Ald. Emma Mitts, Deputy Police Chief Betts and businessman Howard Blake will be honored.
