Get vaccinated, get tested, stay safe

Chicago health officials announced Thursday that there were 5,216 confirmed cases of COVID in the city, the most detected in a 24-hour period. Residents are being urged to get vaccinated, wear their masks and get tested, especially before and after holiday gatherings.

Free flu, COVID-19 shots

Make an appointment now to get the COVID-19 shot at one of three West Side locations April 10. Call 773-261-3309 to get scheduled for the 4540 W. Washington, 2622 W. Jackson or 5151 W. Madison sites. All seniors, essential workers and people ages 18 to 64 with underlying health conditions are eligible to register as long as they’re Chicago residents.
