Community groups and local churches will be holding events for those needing a meal or wanting to play football.
The performance will be 4 p.m. Nov. 19th at Westinghouse High School. Auditions will be held afterwards for those interested in joining the group.
The Nov. 18th event will be held at PCC’s birth center in Berwyn. PCC also operates the Austin Family Health Center at 5425 W. Lake St.
Residents are invited to join neighborhood groups, local churches, elected officials and others working to support West Side youth at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 15 at 5437 W. Division St.
Young and old are invited to try out Nov. 13 at 6116 W. North Ave.
State Rep. La Shawn Ford is hosting the event from noon to 2 p.m. Nov. 12 at 4800 W. Chicago Ave.
All are welcome at the free event Nov. 9th at George Leland School, 512 S. Lavergne.
The Chicago Department of Public Health is holding special clinics in the next few weeks in the 24th Ward, and the 11th and 25th police districts.
