Che “Rhymefest” Smith will be the guest speaker at the event, sponsored by the Austin African American Business Networking Association. Officer Tonya Collins, Pastor Steve Epting and businessman Mr. W. Harris will be honored.

The former South African president was honored Thursday at a pre-Kwanzaa performance at The Sankofa Cultural Arts Center. The Leaders Network of Chicago will remember him with prayers and tributes starting at 9:30 a.m. Dec. 10 at the Columbus Park Refectory.
