Several groups, led by the Austin Chamber of Commerce and with 29th Ward Ald. Chris Taliaferro’s backing, are working on the project, which would be located at Austin Town Hall and include other nearby buildings such as the Austin Branch Library and Frederick Douglass Academy High School.
