Austin peace bike ride set for Saturday

A back-to-business brunch will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Sept. 16 at Sankofa Cultural Arts Center, 5820 W. Chicago Ave. – in the heart of the Soul City Corridor. Learn about small business opportunities, grants and more.

A new club will open next month at Austin College and Career Academy High School, serving 40 to 50 students after school. There are also clubs at Austin High School, Brunson Math and Science Speciality Elementary School and John Hay Community Academy.
