Catholic Charities launches teen support group in Austin

The weekly program at Tolton Peace Center will help teens with managing stress and goal setting; it will run from Nov. 7 through Dec. 19 at the Tolton Peace Center.
The free event will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Aug. 11 at Augustus Tolton Peace Center, 5645 W. Lake St. A new resource guide will be introduced at the event, which has been organized by Trinity United Church of Christ, Austin Coming Together, Catholic Charities and The Next Movement.
More than 30,000 Austin residents are supported by Catholic Charities’ various services. The center, which has been open since December, is located at 5645 W. Corcoran Place.
