The seven working groups will meet from Feb. 26 through March 7 at Austin Coming Together’s offices at 5049 W. Harrison. The working groups are: public safety, youth, housing, civil engagement, education, economic development and community narrative.
Tickets are $30 for the fundraiser being held from 4 to 7 p.m. Feb. 24. The event is being held at BUILD, 5100 W. Harrison St.

If you an individual who earned up to $30,000 last year or a family that made up to $55,000, you may be eligible to work with trained tax preparers at now cost to you. The city of Chicago in partnership with the Center for Economic Partnership and Ladder Up is providing the assistance citywide through mid-April.
