Bethel New Life will hold a grand opening of the Illinois Small Business Development Center — the only center of its kind on Chicago’s West Side — Wednesday, Feb. 20.
Take a tour of the center, network with local business owners and learn how Bethel is helping to build a thriving entrepreneurial economy on Chicago’s West Side.
The open house is from 5 to 7 p.m. at 1140 N. Lamon Ave. A brief program will begin at 5:45 p.m.

As part of a statewide network of Small Business Development Centers supported by the Federal Small Business Administration, Bethel provides individual technical assistance and training programs at no cost to new and existing small businesses in the area and links entrepreneurs to resources necessary to start or expand their businesses, according to a Bethel newsletter.
