The new Illinois Heart basketball team for women 18-years-old and older is looking for new players.
The team is looking for women who enjoy basketball and want to get back into the game. Players will be paid.
Illinois Heart will be competing against other teams this summer in eight cities across the state.
Tryouts will be held Saturday, Jan. 26, at Columbus Park, 500 S. Central Ave. from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Candidates are asked to wear shorts and a sports bra, if possible.
