BUILD Chicago celebrated its new location Oct. 13 with a ribbon cutting and guest speakers Gov. Pat Quinn and Ald. Deborah Graham.
The headquarters at 5100 W. Harrison Ave. will provide Austin residents with programs and services for at-risk youth.
