The Chicago Sun-Times is reporting a 26-year-old gang member has been charged with the fatal shooting of Heaven Sutton.
According to their report, Jerrell Dorsey of the 1600 block of North Laramie Avenue, has been denied bail.
A memorial service for Heaven is scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mark International Christian Church, 832 N. Leclaire Ave. The funeral will follow at 11 a.m. at the church.
