If I am not mistaken, but isn’t Asian Carp a large gold fish? Does the asian community eat Asian Carp? I have never saw an Asian Carp sushi roll or fish dish. I would not endorse anything that I would not personally eat. How healthy is it to eat an Asian Carp? Mercury content?
I don’t know much about Asian Carp, but people eat cat fish and other scavenger seafood and call themselves vegetarians.
